rebranding


DÄLIAS is a Milanese musical duo.
Their existing visual identity included a logotype and pictogram which however did not fully reflect the sound style
nor the application needs of the group.Objective: redesign the pictogram to make it coherent, recognizable and versatile.


Pictogram rebranding

From the research I selected an intermediate language that communicates with the already existing, thin and geometric logotype.
Organic recognition → the petals remain soft and natural
Graphic rigor → simplified forms and positive/negative sharp contrast;

The new pictogram is a stylized flower: essential, harmonious and compatible with the DALIAS logo.The sign translates the delicacy and evocative character of the duo's music into a clear and versatile visual form.

Geometric proposals
→ Rhythmic patterns and modulations that evoke harmony, rhythm, repetition

Photographic/vector proposals
→ More material and organic interpretations of the flower, linked to its natural shape
